The verdict is still undecided. The Flash stands as one of the few remaining remnants of the DCEU, before the James Gunn-iverse swallows everything up. But with no sequel in sight and Ezra Miller’s Hollywood career finished, do we even care? Perhaps it’s more fitting to label this a Batman film, given the promising logline. What’s your take?
In The Flash, worlds collide when Barry uses his superpowers to time-travel and alter past events. Yet, his attempt to save his family leads to an unintended consequence: a future where General Zod has returned and there are no Super Heroes left to save the day. Unless Barry can convince a retired Batman to help him rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian – not the one he seeks. Ultimately, as he races against time to save his world and return to the future, Barry must make the ultimate sacrifice. But will it be enough to reset the universe?
